Application
1.It is a reactive flame retardant containing 60% aliphatic bromine. It can be used in all kinds of thermosetting polyesters to provide wider selectivity of ester properties than anhydride flame retardants.
2.The resin prepared by it has high flame retardancy, minimal thermochromism and good light stability.
3.It is suitable for rigid polyurethane foam.
4.It is also more widely used in the free -CFC foam system to enhance its flame retardant capability.
