RE: Usually our MOQ is 1 kg, but sometimes it also is flexible and depends on product.
2. Do you have any after-sales service?
Re: Yes, we will inform you progress of the order, such as product preparation, declaration, transportation follow-up, customs clearance assistance, technical guidance, etc.
3. How long I can get my goods after payment?
Re: For small quantity, we will deliver by courier(FedEx, TNT, DHL, etc) and it usually will cost 3-7 days to your side. If you want to use special line or air shipment, we can also provide and it will cost about 1-3 weeks.
For large quantity, shipment by sea will be better. For transport time, it needs 3-40 days, which depends on your location.
4. How soon we can get email response from your team?
